This form must be submitted at least 45 days prior to the event date. Late orders will be subject to availability and surcharge of 20%.

Orders are valid only when accompanied by full remittance. Payment should be made out in favor of DOME EXHIBITIONS in US $ Bank Draft, net of bank charges.

Quotation can be provided separately for items not listed herein. Rental rates quoted here under are for the entire duration of the Exhibition
